The Career Counseling Process
The career counseling process consists of four distinct phases, Intake, Assessment, Exploration, and Marketing. You can read about each phase on the pages linked below.
Intake - Learning about you as a person, and setting goals for career counseling.
Assessment - Using a variety of career assessments and tests to find points of intersection between you and various industries and occupations.
Exploration - Helping you develop an understanding of the possibilities, while managing the ambivalence that often accompanies big changes.
Marketing - Working on resumes, cover letters, job search, and overall selling of yourself to potential employers.
