Compassionate Communication
Compassionate communication, also known as nonviolent communication, or NVC, is a heart-centered approach to connecting to ourselves and others with compassion and kindness. I work with educational institutions and corporations who want to increase team connection, enhance client interactions, and resolve conflict in the workplace.
Career Exploration
My career exploration curriculum is focused on providing teens and adults with a framework for understand how their interests, values, and skills can guide them in finding a rewarding career. I help participants visualize the creative, flexible, and iterative process of life design and how to tap the resources they have to explore potential career options.
